Can I cancel my order?

Please notify us within 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order. After it has been shipped, we cannot cancel it but you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order in undamaged condition for a full refund.

Timing is crucial when cancelling an order. If you need to make a cancellation request please contact us immediately. No cancellations after 24 hours.

No changes can be made to orders once they have been submitted and approved, but we would be happy to enter an additional order for you.

How long does Shipping take?

Some products may take longer to ship.  We will provide shipment information once the order is placed.

Can I return my Item?

We want you to buy with confidence. Our Return Policy makes it easy for you to return your new, unused products for a FULL REFUND. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. Here’s how easy it is:

  1. Simply contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receiving your item via our Contact Us Page
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorization number that will be used to track your return along with the address to mail it to
  3. Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have inspected it and found it to be in new/unused condition we will issue you a full refund. There are no restocking fees or other charges.
  4. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks once your order has arrived back at the warehouse. Email us your return tracking number for the fastest service.
  5. Sorry, but we do not offer returns for our free, just pay shipping items

I made a mistake on my order

If you made a mistake on your shipping address or anything else with your order, you have a grace period of a day or two before your order ships, so please contact us with any corrections.

We apologize, but once your order ships, there is nothing more we can do and you must contact your postal carrier to see if they can make any changes or feel free to return your item within 15 days for a full refund.

Ordering Process

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our inventory or reach out to our manufacturers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your item is on backorder or out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if you want to wait or cancel your order if we expect the product to be restocked soon.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

When will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.  You will be able to track your package with the tracking number.
